Duke Basketball History

A project I've been working on off and on for the last couple of years is the Duke Basketball Archives.

I've now compiled all of the individual player stats, record books, and awards for every Duke mens basketball player and team in the ACC era.

The following are some of the highlghts:

• Statistics and Awards for every player

• Career Records

• Single Season Records

• Awards

• Year by year results

• Duke Opponents

All of that being said, there is still more to do.   The Year-by-Year results do not include individual game scores prior to the 1983-84 season.  But the most important thing left to do is to get feedback from the readers.  I've certainly transposed a couple of numbers here and there, missed some awards for some players and perhaps even overlooked a player or two.

There are a few thousand different people who visit DukeUpdate.com every day.  Many of you know more about Duke basketball history than I do, and all of you know more about some part of Duke basketball history than I do.   Any corrections or oversights that you may discover would be of great interest to me.

I hope everyone enjoys the new parts of the website and perhaps can continue to appreciate the rich history of Duke basketball.
